Position Overview:

Hubnet Communications is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our new business development and client outreach efforts.
This hybrid position combines inside sales responsibilities (research, prospecting, and outreach) with field-based engagement (attending networking events, client meetings, and tradeshows). It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into B2B/B2C marketing and communications sales, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full-time role with Hubnet Communication Inc..
The role begins as part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

●Research and identify potential clients across target industries
● Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
● Schedule introductory meetings for the Hubnet sales and marketing team
● Attend regional networking events, trade shows, and client visits as needed
● Assist in developing outreach campaigns and sales materials
● Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads in a timely, professional manner
● Support marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness and engagement
● Represent Hubnet Communications positively in all professional interactions

Qualifications:

● Associates/Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business or Related Field (or equivalent work
experience)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Outgoing, professional demeanor with a strong interest in sales and marketing
● Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships both virtually and in
person
● Strong organizational and time management abilities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
● Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites is a plus
● Must reside in Ohio or Indiana and be willing to travel locally for meetings/events
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Schedule:

● Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week)
● Hourly pay + commission/bonus opportunities
● Flexible scheduling (mix of remote work and in-person meetings)
● Potential to advance to full-time role based on performance
